About the role
This role provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the General Manager, Northern Europe, and the wider Leadership Team. You will act as a central coordination point, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, including letters, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate and manage diaries, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee email management, screening, and follow‑ups to ensure timely responses.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering a professional experience.
- Support planning and delivery of events, townhalls, and conferences.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate records on Teams.
- Process invoices, expenses, travel requests, and team holiday approvals.
- Assist in producing and formatting documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc projects as required.
- Support the Sales Team, including preparing commission documentation and coordinating new‑starter inductions.
About you
- Proven PA experience at Director level or above.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptable, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
