Overview

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across European government markets
- Build winning strategies, including competitor analysis and win themes
- Collaborate with SMEs, legal, pricing, and operations to design compelling solutions
- Build relationships with clients and partners to stay ahead of upcoming tenders
- End-to-End Bid Management
- Lead the full bid lifecycle; from early capture to final submission and award
- Craft high-quality, tailored proposals with strong value propositions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Ensure bids are compliant, competitive, and commercially strong
- Manage multiple live opportunities with tight deadlines
Strategy
- Run bid reviews and drive lessons learned
- Improve win rates through smarter processes and insights
- Contribute to bid libraries, tools, and best practices
- Support smooth handover into delivery teams post-award
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing complex bids or tenders (government or similar environments)
- Understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes
