Tooling Assessment & Strategy
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Product Delivery tooling landscape. Define a clear Tooling Strategy, including recommendations for rationalisation, optimisation, and future governance. Identify utilisation gaps, duplication, risk, and cost saving opportunities across the tool estate.
Delivery of Prioritised Tooling Initiatives
Lead and deliver a prioritised portfolio of tooling change initiatives. Consolidation of test management tooling, including migration from TestRail to AIO. Implementation of tooling governance and controls across platforms such as Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), BrowserStack, Pendo, and Miro. Decomposition of Jira instances, migrating from a single instance model to multiple instances to improve cost management and licence utilisation.
Governance, Adoption & Transition to BAU
Define and embed sustainable tooling governance models, including access management, cost management, and configuration controls. Partner with Learning & Development (L&D) to identify learning needs and deliver a targeted enablement plan. Ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes. Transition ownership, documentation, and operating procedures into BAU teams at the conclusion of the role.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong portfolio and project management experience delivering complex change initiatives. Proven experience conducting tooling or platform assessments and defining strategic recommendations. Hands‑on experience delivering business change and user adoption in technology‑led environments. Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes across Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, and Operations. Strong data‑driven mindset with experience using insights to inform decisions and demonstrate value. Experience defining and documenting operational procedures and governance models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages for different audiences.
