About the role

This role provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the General Manager, Northern Europe, and the wider Leadership Team. You will act as a central coordination point, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, including letters, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and manage diaries, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee email management, screening, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering a professional experience.
  • Support planning and delivery of events, townhalls, and conferences.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate records on Teams.
  • Process invoices, expenses, travel requests, and team holiday approvals.
  • Assist in producing and formatting documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Support the Sales Team, including preparing commission documentation and coordinating new-starter inductions.

About you

  • Proven PA experience at Director level or above.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptable, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
