About the role
Are you passionate about driving sustainability in a global organisation? International SOS is seeking a dynamic Group Sustainability Manager to lead and operationalise our Group Sustainability Strategy across diverse geographies and business lines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sustainability reporting and disclosures, including our annual sustainability report.
- Ensure compliance with international sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, Executive Orders).
- Manage our GHG Net Zero Cloud system and improve data integrity.
- Conduct double materiality assessments and advise senior leadership.
- Develop client-facing sustainability products and services.
- Support sustainable procurement and supply chain risk management.
- Oversee decarbonisation and sustainable travel initiatives.
- Coordinate training and e-learning on sustainability topics.
- Engage with external consultants and global sustainability networks (e.g., UNGC, GRI).
About you
- 3-5 years in sustainability roles within multinational or public sector organisations.
- Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks and reporting tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, especially with Net Zero Cloud (SFDC).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Master\’s in Sustainability, Business, Law, Environmental Studies, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor\’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience also considered.
