We’re looking for a Danish speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals - ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

- Salary: £29,000 per annum
- Location: Croydon
- Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 - 4.30pm
Responsibilities
- Support members with healthcare and security queries.
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
- A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
- Fluency in Danish plus excellent English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish a great advantage.
- Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
- Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
