About the role
We are looking for an experience Cloud & Dev Ops to drive the architecture and execution of our technology strategy of Workforce Resilience Products working closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, technology teams and delivery teams.
You will be responsible for maintaining architecture standards, and defining the current and future state architecture view of digital products.

Key responsibilities
- Solution
Architecture: Provide technical solutions levering cloud experience and guidance for the design and implementation of complex digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder
Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, communicate architectural decisions, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Technology
Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and driving innovation through the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
- Architecture
Governance: Establish and enforce cloud architectural standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across digital initiatives with continuous review and updated architecture documentation.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, data science, Dev Ops, and product management to deliver integrated digital solutions that meet business needs.
- Risk
Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with digital solutions, implementing proactive measures to mitigate security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory concerns.
- Digital Technology Strategy: Participate in building the digital technology strategy with Digital CTO, H3S CPO, Director of Products, H3S Head of Engineering and other architects
About you
- Proven experience (10 years) in solution architecture, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale applications using cloud technologies.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (e. g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, APIs, Dev Ops practices, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent Dev Sec Ops understanding and scaling cloud infra as per the business needs.
- Working experience in implementing Infra-as-code(Ia C).
- Knowledge of web development or mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts and project management - preferably using Agile Development Methodologies.
- Good oral, written and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner.
- Ability to communicate detailed, persuasive information to all stakeholders – verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Experience working in a multi-cultural international organization is a plus
- Working knowledge of Saa S product development architecture.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- AWS Solution Architect Professional or equivalent cloud certification is a must have.
- Certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent are highly desirable.
