Join our TRICARE clinical training team and play a key role in delivering world-class training across the global Program — supporting military families and beneficiaries around the world. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse or healthcare educator to step into a highly visible global role where you’ll combine clinical expertise, coaching, and innovation to elevate the performance of international medical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training for international medical teams
- Coach and mentor clinicians across global operations
- Influence clinical quality and operational excellence
- Help shape best practice across an internationally recognised healthcare programme
- Work with multidisciplinary stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
- Facilitate induction and ongoing education for TRICARE medical teams
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions
- Support consistent, high-quality patient care across global operations
- Create modern, interactive clinical training materials
- Develop learning content tailored to operational and clinical needs
- Provide post-training coaching and mentoring
- Identify performance trends and training opportunities
- Support clinicians to embed best practice and improve confidence
- Evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with operational leaders, medical directors, and quality teams
About you
- Registered Nurse with current professional registration
- 3–5 years’ clinical nursing experience
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Passion for education, coaching, and development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
- Comfortable working across cultures and global teams
- Strong digital and systems literacy
