- Identify and qualify new opportunities across European government markets
- Build winning strategies, including competitor analysis and win themes
- Collaborate with SMEs, legal, pricing, and operations to design compelling solutions
- Build relationships with clients and partners to stay ahead of upcoming tenders
- Lead the full bid lifecycle; from early capture to final submission and award
- Craft high-quality, tailored proposals with strong value propositions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Ensure bids are compliant, competitive, and commercially strong
