This role is ideal if you\'re interested in designing digital content and learning how training is supported in a large business. You will work with experienced professionals to create digital learning materials on topics like health and safety, leadership, and apprenticeships. You will also be trained to use tools such as Articulate 360 and to understand how our Learning Management System (Dayforce) functions. This role involves occasional travel and overnight stays to visit some of our 65+ sites across the UK. What You\'ll Be Doing Assisting in designing and building digital learning content with team support Learning to use creative tools like Articulate 360 Updating and managing learning materials in Dayforce Gathering feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness Working on various learning topics such as health and safety, leadership, etc. Supporting in-person and online training sessions Collaborating with colleagues to identify training needs and assist in delivery About You You are creative, eager to learn, and enjoy working with technology. You pay attention to detail and aim to produce content that helps others learn and develop. You Should Have An interest in design, media, or learning Basic computer skills and confidence with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) A willingness to learn new tools like Articulate 360 and Dayforce Good communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational and time management skills A positive attitude and willingness to travel when required Full training and support will be provided. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will gain valuable work experience and a nationally recognized qualification.
