Shiplake College is seeking a dedicated House Pastoral Leader to support pupil wellbeing and daily house operation. You will supervise pupils, promote their physical, social and emotional presentation, and maintain confidentiality with tact and diplomacy.
The role is term-time only, with Fridays 7:30–17:00, INSET day, and up to 4 weeks overtime paid. The College values a supportive environment, staff wellbeing, and access to campus facilities.
