Oundle School seeks a Head Padel Coach to establish and grow the Oundle Padel Club, a brand-new facility opening January 2027. You will lead coaching, programme development and drive participation across pupils, members and the local community.
Working with the Sports Centre and School teams, you will deliver high-quality coaching, run competitions, events and outreach while embedding a welcoming, inclusive padel community and contributing to the club’s commercial success.
