Aldwickbury School is seeking an inspirational, ambitious and dedicated Deputy Head (Academic) to play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction of the School. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about academic excellence and ensuring every pupil can fulfil their potential.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership of teaching, learning and curriculum development across the School, working closely with the Headmaster, Senior Deputy Headmaster and wider Senior Leadership Team. They will champion high standards, support and develop colleagues, and help ensure that academic provision remains innovative, ambitious and pupil-centred.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of educational leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for pupils. The ideal candidate will inspire confidence, foster a culture of continuous improvement and make a significant contribution to the life of the School.

This is a full-time position and forms part of the School’s Senior Leadership Team.
