At Radley College, we’re seeking a Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor to help deliver exceptional standards across our beautiful 800-acre campus near Oxford. Working alongside a supportive housekeeping team, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our outstanding facilities remain welcoming, safe, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position where you’ll:
- Support and motivate your allocated housekeeping team
- Monitor cleaning standards and conduct quality audits
- Assist with staff training and induction
- Promote health, safety, and wellbeing across the department
- Support College events and operational activities
- Build positive working relationships across departments
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Enjoys leading and supporting people
- Is organised and confident using IT systems
- Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Takes pride in delivering high standards
- Is reliable, adaptable, and proactive
Working Hours
10 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday
7:30am to 12:30pm
