Skills, Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or PGCE/ QTS required.
  • Or valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations.
  • Newly qualified or experienced teachers.
  • Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
  • Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
