Purpose of Role: International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a dynamic, expanding, global group of international schools that prioritises learners and their learning. This is described as our Learning First methodology. The Europe region is expanding, and a second Regional Learning Director is being appointed. You will work alongside the existing Regional Learning Director across ISP schools in Europe (excluding Iberia). Each of you will have individual responsibility for a delegated number of schools within the region based on skills, experience, and location.

You will lead by example, model a learning and growth mindset, and foster learning and growth in teachers, school leaders, and regional colleagues across Europe. You will be accountable for delivering the key goals of Embedding Quality and Academic Achievement across ISP schools in Europe and will collaborate with a wide spectrum of colleagues within and across schools, the regional team, and the Central ISP Learning and Innovation Team.

The Regional Learning Director will work remotely within Europe and preferably be based in the UK, Italy, Greece, Poland, or Morocco, with substantial travel across Europe required.
