The Project & Strategy Analyst will be a critical member of the Learning & Innovation (L&I) team, reporting to the L&I Strategy Associate and supporting the Group Chief Learning & Innovation Officer (GCLIO). This role focuses on tracking and coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across ISP’s global network of schools, ensuring alignment between high-level strategy and operational implementation.

They will be responsible for monitoring progress, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining quality standards across multiple workstreams. The Project & Strategy Analyst will provide oversight, ensuring deliverables remain on track and facilitating collaboration between central and divisional teams. This role will help ensure that ISP’s global strategies translate into meaningful, sustainable impact across our schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination, tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives such as EdTech, innovative leadership development programs, and new pedagogical approaches.
  • Facilitate collaboration between central and divisional teams by ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and timely follow-ups.
  • Support in developing, updating, reviewing high-impact strategy presentations for Board/ExCo meetings.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of strategic KPIs.
  • Challenge existing processes where needed, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project management practices.
  • Foster adaptability and resilience in project teams.
  • Collaborate on high-priority projects in partnership with the L&I Strategy Associate.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, strategy, innovation management).
  • More than 2 years of experience in strategy/management consulting.
  • Proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact.

Location: UK, with flexibility to work remotely.
