Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Marketing & Communications, this role will lead and advise on the development and execution of visually compelling design strategies that enhance brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency across all ISP schools in Spain. The Graphic and Brand Designer will play a critical role in creating impactful design solutions that elevate the ISP brand, drive engagement, and reinforce a strong, credible public image.
This position is key in shaping visual communications for both online and offline platforms, driving brand awareness, and supporting ISP schools in becoming the "Schools of Choice" in their local markets. The role will contribute to building a cohesive brand presence, supporting lead generation, and enhancing the overall customer experience through innovative and creative design.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications Iberia.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Branding
- Lead the creation of visually compelling design solutions from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high visual impact and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of the brand identity across all visual platforms and touchpoints, including digital, print, and environmental branding.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs that reflect the brand’s core values, as well as video creation and editing.
- Create and maintain style guides, templates, and branding guidelines to standardize design output across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize creative campaigns that align with the brand’s messaging and audience.
- Project & Campaign Management
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including brand identity, advertising, online and offline campaigns, design briefs, layouts, and final artwork.
- Analyze and interpret project briefs, ensuring a deep understanding of client or stakeholder needs to deliver tailored design solutions.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, billboards, flyers, newsletters, press dossiers, pop-ups, and corporate materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Admissions, IT, HR) to integrate design elements into broader projects such as Canva and iSAMS integrations, admissions forms, etc.
- Schedule and manage projects, keeping track of requests and providing up-to-date reports on design progress.
- Content Development & Management
- Develop and design content for internal and external communications, such as newsletters, internal communications, inbound marketing templates, and other documents.
- Ensure content and design management on our group and school websites, landing pages, and intranet (WordPress, HTML, SharePoint).
- Collaborate with schools to ensure content aligns with their identity and ISP branding, supporting the consistent use of their stories and promises across all touchpoints.
- Enhance group and school websites’ appearance by ensuring images and designs are up-to-date and relevant.
- Support social media strategy by developing visual content that enhances engagement and aligns with regional marketing goals.

- Curate, archive, and manage data.
