Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions, conditioning programs, and competitive events.
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques specific to the sport.
- Monitor and assess athletes’ performance, development, and fitness levels.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and academic balance of all team members.
- Maintain discipline, respect, and positive team culture among athletes.
- Scout and recruit potential athletes (if applicable).
- Coordinate with athletic trainers, academic staff, and other coaches.
- Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities related to the sport.
- Adhere to all institutional, conference, and governing body rules and regulations.
