This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You’ll join a collaborative studio environment, working alongside designers, merchandisers, and brand leads to develop trend-forward, functional, and commercially viable collections.
Responsibilities
Design seasonal womenswear and menswear collections with a strong activewear and athleisure focus
Conduct trend and market research across sportswear, wellness, fitness, and digital communities
Create detailed CADs, tech packs, and production specifications for development and sampling
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (buying, production, merchandising) to bring collections to life
Respond to performance and style trends with fast, innovative design solutions
Use customer feedback and performance metrics to refine and evolve product offerings
Stay informed on global activewear markets, innovations in fabric and construction, and competitor activity
Requirements
Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Strong knowledge of performance fabrics, functional details, and ergonomic design
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D design skills are a plus
Solid understanding of garment construction and technical development
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
Awareness of fitness and wellness trends, influencer culture, and the evolving active lifestyle market
