An exciting opportunity has come up with an international online retailer, for a head of merchandising. This strategic role will be office based in Dubai and will oversee the full merchandising cycle—planning, buying, pricing, and execution—across multiple fast-paced, trend-led brands.
You’ll lead seasonal and in-season strategy, use data to drive forecasting and trading, and react quickly to performance. The business prioritises speed to market, AI-driven processes, and high-volume trading. You\’ll collaborate closely with Buying, Design, and Marketing, and lead a team to deliver commercial results.
You will have extensive ecommerce experience, currently operating at a head of level. This role is looking for someone autonomous and strives for change looking at exciting tech developments including AI.
