International Rescue Committee is seeking a Refugee Employability Officer in Hampshire to help resettled refugees move into work through tailored assessments, coaching and workshops.

You'll work with employers, training providers and Jobcentre Plus to create pathways, provide application support and guide clients through UK workplace expectations, with safeguarding and equal opportunities at the core.
