Role Responsibilities – Social Media Manager: International Property Media is looking for passionate and skilled social media managers, capable of reflecting our enterprise through social media channels, optimising our social media presence. Oversee day-to-day management of professional social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Creating captivating content on behalf of the organisations social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels. Developing and implementing social media strategies and tactics with the aim of increasing customer engagement and converting into sales. Manage budgets for paid social media campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement paid social media strategies to meet short and long-term targets. Manage end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns, from planning to optimization. Creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Collection of consumer data and analysis of social media interactions and visits to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and report progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others. Increasing traffic to website, subscriptions to magazines. Requirements – Social Media Manager: Previous experience of social media management in a professional setting required. Excellent communication and presentation skills. IT proficiency.
