About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our HR Team.

To provide advice and guidance to colleagues on all aspects of Human Resources within the business.

To undertake all duties with the site requirements, best practice, policies and procedures.

  • Your key responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for HR coordinators with day to day HR activities
  • Building strong working relationships across the factory providing HR advice
  • Dealing with HR queries relating to all aspects of HR
  • Run various reports using the Time & Attendance System to produce information for the team and management
  • Produce KPI reports on a weekly basis
  • Assist the HR Manager with projects
  • To maintain excellent communication within the team
  • Refer colleagues to Occupational Health and deal with follow up meetings
  • Coach HR Coordinators in HR best practice and line management of day hygiene team
  • Act as a champion to promote a culture that inspires colleagues to perform their highest potential, whilst ensuring the people plans are in place for future business opportunities enhancing career development and colleague engagement

What are we looking for?

  • Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional whilst under pressure
  • Impartiality of Judgement
  • Dedicated team-player, who strives for excellence and leads by example
  • Tactful and discreet, whilst mindful of observing professional standards
  • Enthusiastic, with an eagerness to learn new skills and a commitment to personal continuous professional development
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone without direction
  • Good numeric and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential)
