Join our dynamic onsite warehouse team in Sittingbourne. We are looking for a Warehouse Key Operative for night shifts.

Position Details

  • Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 7pm – 7am
  • Location: IPL, Sittingbourne – site based role
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing, dispatch of depot warehouse goods, following health and safety standards.
  • Receive and check incoming stock in line with company goods-in process; complete label and temperature controls and store product correctly.
  • Ensure paperwork for goods in/out/picking is completed fully; dispose of waste safely per company procedures.
  • Operate MHE truck duties, conduct daily safety checks, and observe warehouse guidelines.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, pack house or produce environment.
  • Forklift truck licence and manual handling training.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with good attention to detail and communication skills.
