IPL Sittingbourne is seeking a Yard Operative to join our onsite team on a 4 on 4 off rotating night shift (7pm–7am).
This permanent, site-based role supports a fast‑moving FMCG environment and requires keeping the yard clean, safe and efficiently organised.
You'll operate a Counterbalance forklift with appropriate certification, manage stock and waste processes, liaise with dispatch, and uphold health and safety standards while building strong working relationships across the site.
