International Nanny was founded out of deep love for children and education. We carefully select professional nannies with childcare or nanny qualifications and at least three (3) years of full-time relevant experience.
International Nanny is delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for a warm, professional, and nurturing nanny to join a welcoming family based in Reading, UK. The family has a one-year-old boy and is expecting twins in June. They are seeking a dedicated nanny to start in September, offering full-time support from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. During the initial months, the nanny will work closely with one of the parents to ensure a smooth transition, eventually taking on full sole charge of all three children. The role offers flexibility as it can be live-in or live-out, with separate accommodation available if needed.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, fostering a bilingual environment that supports the children's language development. The nanny should be confident in caring for babies and, ideally, have experience with twins. She will be responsible for all aspects of the children's daily care, including feeding, diaper changes, maintaining structured sleep routines, and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities that promote their development.
A strong focus on healthy habits is essential, and the nanny will prepare nutritious meals for the children while ensuring they have plenty of opportunities for movement, outdoor play, and creative learning. As the children grow, the nanny will create a stimulating and loving environment, encouraging curiosity, early learning, and hands-on exploration through structured activities, storytelling, and imaginative play.
Both parents work from home and take an active role in their children's upbringing. They are looking for a nanny who can collaborate with them during the transition period and later take on more responsibility, ensuring stability while respecting the family's parenting approach. A candidate with a calm, adaptable, and gentle nature who is proactive and confident in managing a multi-child household will be a perfect fit.
A driving licence is desirable, as the nanny may be required to take the children to activities, playgroups, or appointments. The family also enjoys travelling and would love to find someone comfortable accompanying them, ensuring the children's routines are maintained and they are well cared for during trips.
A valid First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory for this position. The family is looking for a long-term nanny who will become an integral part of their home, providing expert care, stability, and a loving presence to support the children's growth and well-being.
