SUMMARY: As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll analyze, design, and optimize systems that power our global operations—ensuring efficiency, scalability, and impact. Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge on requirements for complex, high-impact projects
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover needs and craft smart solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS or BA in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with proven success in healthcare or insurance
- Expertise in analyzing and configuring claims systems for operational excellence
- Strong leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Agile mindset with deep understanding of SDLC and modern methodologies
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Visio
