SUMMARY: As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic bridge between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities:

- Expertise in analyzing and configuring claims systems for operational excellence
- Strong leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Agile mindset with deep understanding of SDLC and modern methodologies
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Visio
