Salary: £46,200 – £50,300 (Based on Experience)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Early: 07:00 – 15:00 Late: 11:30 – 19:30 Long: 07:00 – 19:30 1 in 6 weekends (12.5-hour shifts)
Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days a week
Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer: As an IMG Nurse Case Manager, you’ll provide clinical input to our operations team—reviewing medical records, guiding care plans, and managing high‑risk cases. You’ll play a vital role in cost containment, evacuation & repatriation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make life‑saving decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review and analyze medical records in real time
- Provide clinical direction for urgent precertification requests
- Evaluate care plans, evacuation, and repatriation needs
- Recommend cost containment strategies
- Offer travel health advice and ongoing education
- Support quality management and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Background in healthcare or medical insurance
- Familiarity with claims management
- Language skills (German or Spanish a plus!)
Additional Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (NMC registration required)
- 5 years post‑registration experience in an acute field such as Emergency Care, ICU, or Prehospital Care
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Internet, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating as part of a team
- Dynamic and adaptable character
- Strong understanding of normal anatomy and physiology and the impact of disease, illness & injury
- Ability to undertake a 6‑month period of training and probation in one of the UK offices
