Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for learning and development? We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our future-focused, fast-paced L&D team. This role will enable you to grow and develop your own skills while delivering a high-quality service, coordinating the career progression and skill enhancement of our employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Organising Training – Coordinating health and safety, compliance, professional development, apprenticeships, and management development programmes.
- Maintaining Training Records – Ensuring all attendance is accurately recorded, data is kept up to date, and reports are produced as required.
- Ensuring Compliance – Proactively monitoring training renewals and notifying managers of upcoming expiries to ensure employees remain qualified and compliant.
- Reporting and Analysing of Data – Reviewing course completions to identify skills gaps and confirm employees are trained to carry out their roles.
- Learning Management System (LMS) – Assigning and tracking completions for inductions, eLearning, and PDRs.
- eLearning Design – Bringing creativity to the development of engaging digital learning content. Experience is welcome, but training can be provided.
What we are looking for:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- As this role may occasionally require you to travel to other sites, your own transport is required.
