The role:
- Warehouse Operations are at the heart of what we do. Our customers choose ILG because our attention to detail across services like picking, embroidery and engraving adds something special to their brand.
- As a Casual Warehouse Operative you are involved in the smooth running of our busy warehouse, including:
- Picking, packing and shipping products on a daily basis
- Quality checking goods, gift wrapping and packaging products to our clients’ high standards
- Accurate use of the order management system
- Active involvement with continuous improvement projects and training
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a role requiring accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable IT skills and ability to learn our bespoke warehousing IT system
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hardworking and reliable team members with good timekeeping who enjoy seeing a job through to completion
- Physical fitness to work in a role where the vast majority of the day is standing and requires some heavy lifting
- Ideally you’ll be available for shifts between 2pm and 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on a Sunday, however other availability will be considered

- Right to Work in the UK & Basic DBS Check – You must have the legal right to work in the UK, (we are not able to sponsor you). If successful, you will also need to pass a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before starting employment.
- References – We reserve the right to request two or more references, to cover the past five years of your employment history. Please ensure you can provide accurate contact details for each of your referees.
- English Language – You must be able to work in English; enough to fully understand spoken and written work instructions, follow health and safety guidance and participate in discussions with your manager or colleagues.
