About the Role: As a New Business Consultant at iiaa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our four pioneering skincare brands. This hybrid position combines the flexibility of working from home with the excitement of field-based client engagement. You will take full ownership of the new business journey—from identifying and nurturing leads to converting them into high-value, long-term accounts. You’ll be responsible for delivering against ambitious KPIs, including account openings, revenue growth, and brand adoption. Your ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and follow up with precision will be key to your success. This role requires a high level of energy, creativity, and commercial awareness, along with a passion for professional skincare and wellness. This is a field-based role across the North of the country. Driving licence essential and be happy on the road three days out of five.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect via calls, emails, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Actively determining opportunities within your territory and strategically prospecting businesses on foot.
  • Work with the Field Sales Director to ensure brand packages are competitive and profitable.
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline, and market insights.
  • Proactively sourcing leads.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations to prospective clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets within a beauty or skincare setting.
  • Skilled negotiator with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills (Prezi/PowerPoint) and confident delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Commercially astute with a solution-focused approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a hybrid schedule.
