About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Skincare Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our brands to salons and their clients. This is a field-based position that requires travel throughout the designated territory. This role is remote across the South West. Car allowance or company car provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging in-salon events to promote Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, et al. and Eventis.
  • Promote and generate the iiaa feed, fortify, finish philosophy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, educating salon staff and clients on the benefits and features of each brand.
  • Secure new salon partnerships and build strong relationships with existing salon owners and staff.
  • Manage and prioritise a busy diary, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Track event performance metrics, including sales generated and client engagement.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on event activities and outcomes.

About you:

  • Experience working in the beauty industry.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in a business supporting role.
  • Proven success in product demonstrations, client consultations, and sales presentations.
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekend events, work 5 days over 7.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Clean driving licence.
