About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Skincare Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our brands to salons and their clients. This is a field-based position that requires travel throughout the designated territory. This role is remote across the South West. Car allowance or company car provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging in-salon events to promote Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, et al. and Eventis.
- Promote and generate the iiaa feed, fortify, finish philosophy.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, educating salon staff and clients on the benefits and features of each brand.
- Secure new salon partnerships and build strong relationships with existing salon owners and staff.
- Manage and prioritise a busy diary, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Track event performance metrics, including sales generated and client engagement.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on event activities and outcomes.
About you:
- Experience working in the beauty industry.
- Strong business acumen and experience in a business supporting role.
- Proven success in product demonstrations, client consultations, and sales presentations.
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekend events, work 5 days over 7.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Clean driving licence.
