Introduction to the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) Therapist to join our team in an exciting new role at iiaa, reporting to the Head of Retail.
As part of our retail presence in prestigious stores like SpaceNK, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, and Harrods with a further rollout of high-end stores in 2026. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional skin health treatments and promoting our innovative brands; Environ, Advanced Nutrition Programme™ and et al.
About the Role:
- Educate clients on the full \”Feed, Fortify, Finish\” approach, guiding them through the benefits of the Advanced Nutrition Programme™ for internal skin health, Environ® for external skin care, and et al. makeup for a flawless, skin-enhancing finish that does more than just cover.
- Perform full skin health consultations, Environ facials and have the skills to sell the appropriate products to provide clients with a complete skincare and beauty regimen.
- Execute engaging in-store events to promote iiaa brands, training store staff and clients on our products and services.
- Maximise retail sales opportunities and achieving sales targets by identifying client needs during treatments and offering relevant products.
- Work closely with the Head of Retail and store teams to ensure facial bookings, treatments, and retail sales run smoothly.
Travel & Shift Patterns:
- Travel to stores to promote retail sales, consultations and facials. A willingness to travel is a must.
- Able to stay overnight at least one night a week.
- Manage diary and travel logistics efficiently, scheduling appointments and coordinating with store teams.
- Monday-Friday hours, but in the event of a corporate event there may be some occasional weekend work.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in beauty therapy (or equivalent) is required to perform advanced skincare treatments and consultations.
- Experience working in a salon, clinic or department store as a therapist, ideally in high-end skincare.
- Proven ability to conduct successful product demonstrations and consultations.
