About the Role
As a New Business Consultant at iiaa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our four pioneering skincare brands. This hybrid position combines the flexibility of working from home with the excitement of field-based client engagement. You will take full ownership of the new business journey—from identifying and nurturing leads to converting them into high-value, long-term accounts. You’ll be responsible for delivering against ambitious KPIs, including account openings, revenue growth, and brand adoption. Your ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and follow up with precision will be key to your success. This role requires a high level of energy, creativity, and commercial awareness, along with a passion for professional skincare and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect via calls, emails, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Book and prepare for virtual and in-person presentations.
- Support onboarding in person, ensuring a smooth and confident start.
- Work with the Field Sales Director to ensure brand packages are competitive and profitable.
- Proactively sourcing leads.
- Onboarding: Oversee and follow-up - credit approval, deposit payment, contracts issued.
- Training: Oversee training attendance, post-training follow-up.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets within a beauty or skincare setting.
- Skilled negotiator with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong presentation skills (Prezi/PowerPoint) and confident delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Commercially astute with a solution-focused approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and digital productivity tools.
