About this role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Retail Therapist to join our wonderful team of dedicated professionals in our premium retail beauty outlets. The successful candidate will demonstrate superb customer service skills and have previous experience working in a comparable high end, luxury environment. You will thrive in a target driven role, enjoy building rapport and relationships with clients and creating bespoke skincare plans on an individual basis. You will be confident and experienced in performing facials and have a Level 3 beauty therapy qualification. This role will be covering stores in Manchester, Liverpool and Wilmslow as well as other branches across the Northwest. Travel to other areas of the UK may be required at times, so full flexibility will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for running a treatment column, as well as working in a beauty retail or salon environment, maximising occupancy and identifying sales opportunities.
- Conducting in-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technology.
- Performing Environ facials including electrical facials and TCA peels.
- Recommending bespoke skincare packages across all brands for clients post consultation.
- Consistently achieve set KPI’s across all 3 brands, to include: unit sales, occupancy, promotions across all 3 brands, new customer recruitment.
- Build a loyal database through an exceptional customer journey, keeping clients engaged after their visit.

- NVQ Level 3 required with previous experience in delivering facials.
- Proven experience in skincare and beauty sales, ideally in a premium retail environment.
- A passion for beauty and results driven skincare.
