Part-time Skincare Specialist, 9 Month Maternity Cover (end of February 2027)

About this role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Skincare Specialist to join our wonderful team of dedicated professionals in Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge. The successful candidate will demonstrate superb customer service skills and have previous experience working in a comparable high end, luxury environment. You will thrive in a target driven role, enjoy building rapport and relationships with clients and creating bespoke skincare plans on an individual basis. This is a part-time role, and we require someone who can work four days a week (28 hours). This individual will need to work on a rota covering weekends and early and late shifts. This role is contracted until the end of February. While this role is predominantly based at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, we may need this person to be flexible to cover shifts in Selfridges, Harrods and SpaceNK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technology.
- Recommending bespoke skincare packages across all brands for clients post consultation.
- Consistently achieve set KPI’s across all 3 brands, to include: unit sales, occupancy, promotions across all 3 brands, new customer recruitment.
- Create and implement on-counter activity, traffic stopping and events to drive incremental retail sales and achieve daily retail targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional game-changing customer service.
