At the iiaa we have a mission which is to empower skincare professionals to deliver the very best results for their clients. With this in mind, we are looking for an outstanding Educator with bags of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge who can deliver exceptional training in all of our brands. You will be super flexible and will thrive in an environment where you’re adapting between teaching both virtually and in person.
Key Responsibilities- Training groups of between 6–12 skincare therapists which involves the following:
- Educating therapists to the highest standard to ensure that they gain a full understanding of our products and treatments
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and fostering strong relationships with salon and clinic partners
- Responsible for filming educational social media content as required by brand
- Support sales team to support knowledge development, boost confidence and brand expertise
- Train therapists on product knowledge, treatment protocols, retail upselling, and client experience best practices
- Proven experience as a therapist and/or trainer within salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, or a skin health distribution company
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with electrical qualifications; further professional certification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or similar) desirable
- Strong knowledge of skin health, treatments, skincare, sales techniques, and makeup artistry
- Passion for 360-skincare (nutrition, topical skincare, and mineral makeup)
- Experience delivering training in group and one-to-one settings, with the ability to adapt styles to suit different learning needs
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with people at all levels
- 25 days’ annual leave
