As a New Business Consultant at iiaa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our four pioneering skincare brands. This hybrid position combines the flexibility of working from home with the excitement of field-based client engagement. You will take full ownership of the new business journey—from identifying and nurturing leads to converting them into high-value, long-term accounts.
You’ll be responsible for delivering against ambitious KPIs, including account openings, revenue growth, and brand adoption. This role requires a high level of energy, creativity, and commercial awareness, along with a passion for professional skincare and wellness.
- Proactively prospect via calls, emails, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Book and prepare for virtual and in-person presentations.
- Work with the Field Sales Director to ensure brand packages are competitive and profitable.
- Oversee training attendance, post-training follow-up.
Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets within a beauty or skincare setting. Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and digital productivity tools.
