The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in empowering salon partners to achieve their full potential by leveraging the innovative solutions and premium offerings of iiaa. As a key point of contact, the role requires fostering trust and collaboration with salon teams, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and strategies to grow their businesses effectively. We require the BDM to live in Ulster and be happy in a field sales position across the province. The BDM must be flexible should changes to territories occur.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon partners, ensuring consistent communication and providing tailored solutions to enhance their success.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering specialist advice to help salon partners grow their businesses and achieve their objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities by introducing iiaa brands, such as Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, Eventis and et al., into salons that do not currently carry them.
- Provide expert training and education to salon teams, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to promote and use iiaa products effectively.
- Identify and implement targeted training initiatives, such as workshops or individual coaching sessions, to enhance salon teams’ capabilities.
- Full UK or Irish driving licence required.
- Happy in a field sales role.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining long-term business relationships, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Experience working in the beauty industry.
- Track record of identifying and converting sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Experience introducing new products or services to prospective clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- 25 days’ annual leave, rising the longer you stay with us.
