Overview

International Hustlers is on a mission to help every international student in the UK land their dream job.

Here’s why we do it and how far we’ve come:

• Only 7% of international students land a UK job despite investing £50-100k on their degrees. The other 93% must return home without a return on that expensive education.
• Government regulations are making visa rules even tighter, but we see these challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles.
• We’re currently the #1 player in this market and are experiencing unlimited demand for our services.

Founded and bootstrapped by Farhoon Asim in December 2023, International Hustlers has now become a movement.

In 2024 (our first year of trading), we:

• Helped 100+ international students land UK jobs.
• Hit 116,000 followers and 30 million organic views across LinkedIn & Instagram.
• Generated $1.1 million in revenue.
• Won 2x business challenges by Alex Hormozi.

In 2025 (our second year of trading), here’s what we’ve achieved so far:

• Launched an online community, The UK Job Institute.
• Helped our students land 15 interviews and 2 job offers (See here for a video Farhoon posted on 6th February in the Institute).
• Acquired 293 members and hit $19.5k MRR in less than 3 weeks (we eventually had to shut enrolment).

And we’re only getting started.

Our 2025 goals are to:

→ help 1,000 international students land UK jobs using our proven strategies, delivered through content and systems.

→ start offering free sessions to universities so we can transition towards charging universities

→ (potentially) raise a growth round of £1-3 million so we can scale even faster

The Team

Farhoon Asim established International Hustlers with a clear vision: make it possible for every international student to land a UK job in less than 90 days through proven systems and strategies.

Farhoon hired his brother to scale his Instagram from 0 to 50k followers in 11 months and his best friend (who quit his job at CitiBank) to join as a Coach.

We, as a team, have a systems-first approach. We’re obsessed with building systems that not only saves us time but also save 10s of hours for our students.

The Opportunity

As a Founder’s Associate at International Hustlers, your primary mission is to make Farhoon’s life simpler and to help scale our operations so we can serve more students, faster. You’ll operate in a high-velocity environment—much like a sprint, except we do it every day.

Below is how your focus might break down (though it can shift week to week based on business needs):

Core Operations (50%)

• Build systems that save the team time. We want to use leverage to scale. Anything that students repeatedly ask for should be a guide / loom video, and your goal will be to identify these and come with proposed solutions to these to save time.
• Systemise anything you get your hands on using retool / airtable / zapier and any other low code tool you can get your hands on

Marketing Operation (20%)

• Analysing our viral content on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube to see why content performed well, so we can keep acquiring customers cheaply using organic content.
• Build (and manage) a content calendar for each platform.

Other (30%)

• Tackle various ad-hoc tasks to help us fight fires as we scale fast.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CEO: You’ll be the CEO’s trusted right hand, taking on a wide range of critical tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Tackle urgent, high-stakes issues: When something needs immediate attention or rapid execution, you’re on the front line.
• Fix underperforming aspects of the business: Spot inefficiencies and implement solutions that make our operations 10x faster.
• Manage Performance and Goal Setting: Help set objectives and track progress across the organisation.
• Set up and maintain our legal and operational structure: Ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day functioning.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (venture capital, startups, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• Proven history of success across multiple disciplines (e.g., product development, business development, strategy, operations).
• Exceptional analytical and structured thinking: You’re a logical problem-solver who can break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
• Adaptability: You thrive amid rapid change and new ideas, aligning with our quick pace.
