POST TITLE: Professional Support Network (PSN) Coordinator (Part-Time)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Maternity Cover

HOURS: Part-time (0.6), 21 hours per week (plus at least 6 Saturdays per year with on-call duties. Opportunity to work additional Saturdays, if desired, at Test Day Rate)

ANNUAL LEAVE: Full-time: 30 days + 8 public holidays (part-time: pro rata)

Join International House London as our Professional Support Network (PSN) Coordinator and play a vital role in maintaining the quality, compliance, and engagement of our examiner network. With your strong organisational skills and passion for professional development, you’ll help ensure our Examiners are well-supported, up to date, and fully prepared to deliver a consistently excellent exam experience.

  • In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our examiner network across all IHTA activities. You’ll manage examiner records, coordinate training and standardisation, and support both new and experienced Examiners in maintaining their active status. Working closely with Examiner Trainers, Team Leaders, and exam boards, you’ll help organise key training events, monitor performance, and stay up to date with the latest requirements from Cambridge and the British Council. You’ll also lead on recruitment and onboarding, contributing to a high-performing and well-supported examiner team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to examiner management and quality assurance.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments, influence improvements in staff processes, and ensure we meet the high standards set by our exam board partners.
  • Working in our dynamic Exams team, you’ll gain insight into the fast-paced world of high-stakes assessments and help support life-changing educational journeys.
