The role
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Polish teachers to join our Foreign Languages team. You will teach face-to-face adult group classes:
- Evenings: 18:30–20:30
- Sunday mornings: 10:30–13:00
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Polish lessons to adult learners.
- Design creative and effective learning materials.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards.
- Complete attendance records and progress reports as needed.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (must be UK-based).
- Proficiency in Polish (native or near-native level – C2).
- Fluent English.
- Initial teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CELTA certificate).
- Minimum 3 years' experience teaching adults in a formal setting.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Polish Language & Literature, or in Modern Languages.
- Experience teaching both group and individual lessons.
- Flexibility to teach additional evening courses.

This is a part-time, casual (zero-hours) role. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on business needs. You will be offered teaching assignments as they arise, and we will confirm the required hours for each assignment in advance.
