The Role

We are looking for experienced and engaging Korean teachers to deliver face‑to‑face adult group courses, primarily:

  • Evenings: 18:30–20:30 (groups running once per week)
  • Additional opportunities: Weekday afternoons, Friday evenings, and weekends

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high‑quality, communicative Korean lessons to adult learners
  • Plan engaging lessons aligned with IH syllabi
  • Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Build a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards
  • Complete attendance records and update the SharePoint folder with a work‑done record

Requirements

  • Native or near‑native proficiency in Korean
  • Recognised teaching qualification in Korean
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching groups
  • Right to work in the UK and currently UK‑based
  • Degree in Korean Language Education
  • CELTA

Compensation

£39.61 per hour + holiday pay
