The predicted salary is between 38000 - 38000 £ per year.

Up to £38,000 per annum basic salary, uncapped bonus up to £38,000 on reaching set budgetary targets, accommodation, 28 days holidays including bank holidays, pension scheme, company share option, dental care plan and more benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a budget in excess of two million pounds.
  • Lead the restaurant team, ensuring smooth operation and excellent service.
  • Oversee health & safety compliance.
  • Train and recruit staff, manage staff schedules and performance.
  • Control costs, stock, and floor service operations.
  • Maintain P&L for the entire restaurant & bar operation.

Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in a similar high-volume environment.
  • License required to apply for this role.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products, including cocktails.
  • Experience managing budgets over two million pounds is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of approximately 50 staff.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Must be living and authorised to work in the UK.
