Up to £38,000 per annum basic salary, uncapped bonus up to £38,000 on reaching set budgetary targets, accommodation, 28 days holidays including bank holidays, pension scheme, company share option, dental care plan and more benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage a budget in excess of two million pounds.
- Lead the restaurant team, ensuring smooth operation and excellent service.
- Oversee health & safety compliance.
- Train and recruit staff, manage staff schedules and performance.
- Control costs, stock, and floor service operations.
- Maintain P&L for the entire restaurant & bar operation.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in a similar high-volume environment.
- License required to apply for this role.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products, including cocktails.
- Experience managing budgets over two million pounds is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage a team of approximately 50 staff.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Must be living and authorised to work in the UK.
