Up to £38,000 per annum basic salary, uncapped bonus up to £38,000 on reaching set budgetary targets, accommodation, 28 days holidays including bank holidays, pension scheme, company share option, dental care plan and more benefits.

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic general manager with a can-do attitude to manage a well-recognised branded upmarket bar restaurant in Chessington. A license is required to apply for this role. You must have 2 years’ experience in a similar environment with extensive knowledge in food and beverage products service, including knowledge in some cocktails.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a budget in excess of two million pounds; therefore, it is beneficial to have similar high-volume business management experience when applying for the role, although it is not a compulsory requirement. This is a contemporary bar & restaurant, with a mix feel on high street, touristic, business and family-oriented customer base.

Our client is keen on someone who can fit in comfortably with the restaurant environment and lead the restaurant team fluently. Must be a great man manager who is also an efficient communicator at all levels. You will be managing health & safety, a team of approximately 50 staff, be involved in employee training, recruitment, cost/stock control, floor service and the P&L of the entire restaurant & bar operation.
