The company owns four brands: BoutiqueHotelNews.com, ServicedApartmentNews.com, ShortTermRentalz.com, and UrbanLiving.News. These brands collectively spark conversations with over one million hospitality and real estate professionals per month across short term rentals, hotels, serviced apartments, student housing, coliving, build-to-rent, and later living.

The Head of Growth will focus on developing and executing sales growth strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and innovative market approaches for clients. The role involves driving sales and providing effective solutions for clients to maximise ROI.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in sales including creating, executing, and analyzing data-driven sales strategies
  • Track record of success in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and nurture strategic partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and drive company growth
  • Experience in the hospitality or real estate industries is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated with an ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
