At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. For our studio we’re searching for talented Game Designer who is passionate about creating innovative game concepts, designing engaging gameplay experiences, and bringing unique ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

As a Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process, leading the ideation of exciting casino and slot game concepts. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including game designers, mathematicians, producers, animators, sound designers, and software engineers, to deliver outstanding games to the market.

• Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas and themes that align with creative briefs for new casino and slot games.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the studio throughout the development process to ensure the execution of your concepts meets high-quality standards.
• Documentation: Create detailed design documents outlining game mechanics, features, and requirements.
• Creative Oversight: Serve as the creative gatekeeper during achievement ceremonies, ensuring all elements align with the project’s vision and standards.
• Education: Provide mentorship to key creatives on standard methodologies in casino game design, tailored to various key markets.

About You
